Cage Needs

Purchase a cage as large as you can afford for your bird breed.  Quakers and Conures should be in a medium cage, similar to a cockatiel size or larger, and no less than "24 x 24". Eclectus, Amazons, and Princess of Wales need a large sized cage to have room to play and enjoy their surroundings.  A play top cage is very useful for the enjoyment of your parrot.  Parrots love variety and really enjoy spending time outside of the cage and in new locations.  If you don't have a play top cage, try to purchase a play stand for your parrot.  There are various types and sizes.  Shop around and enjoy the options available.
